The Breville Bambino is impressively well-built, with a premium feel that belies its approachable price point. The materials are solid and the fit and finish are exactly what you'd expect from Breville. For anyone just starting their home barista journey, this machine is an ideal entry point — intuitive enough to get great results right away, yet with enough capability to grow your skills over time. My very first cappuccino came out absolutely delicious.

Shot NOT consistent Breville NOT honoring warranty

Terrible machine and terrible customer service. Bought this in May 2025, by Aug-Sep 2025 the double shot volume was 4 times what was originally (and supposed to be). Called cust service, told me how to re-adjust the shot. Took a lot of time - had to shop (you need a measurement - got a syringe, you need a glass like in their videos so you can mark it on the outside, etc.) and spent 2 hours and a lot of coffee to make it work properly. Yes, you need to try this with coffee in the portafilter eventually ... March 2026 it broke again, it gives 4 times what it should AGAIN!!! Consistently!!! Called customer service and they wanted me to do the adjustment again as part of their "troubleshooting" and then if it is consistent they solved the problem. I don't have the syringe and the glass anymore so I can't, and not sure if I wanted to. I know it will be consistent for about 4 months and then it will reset again, it reseted twice since I bought it! Did that adjusting once, why do you want me to do it again? And maybe again? I asked them to replace the machine. The guy didn't understand (or want to understand), kept saying that we need to do the troubleshooting and other things (kill you with their process ...). Still couldn't explain the 4 times volume! Could not address the real cause. Went around in circles, like talking to a wall! The agent opened a case for a supervisor to call me, said 24-48 hrs, it's been 2 days but haven't heard yet. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update Mar 27 - Breville opened/closed my original case the same day (Mar 24) without calling me (see picture with the email promising a call). Now you understand why am I wasting my time doing all this? This is turning into a joke. Breville reached out here to open another case, I just did, let's see how that goes! ...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update Apr 7 - still haven't spoken to a supervisor; someone tried to call me on Apr 1st, but could not hear them, connection very bad, and they gave up, and no follow up. So it's not just their machines, it is their phones that do not work as well. I followed up 2 times with the email they sent me on March 30 and have not heard back either. THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Only empty words as the ones thy posted here. I would have never thought that they would be so bad at customer service ... Consumer Protection is next.

Good espresso at home, finally

I've been very pleased with the Bambino. For a relatively affordable price, you get a machine that makes good quality espresso and I can steam milk for my wife's coffee in the morning. I do wish the espresso was a little hotter, but with a couple of water only run throughs to warm up the cup and portafilter it is better. Build quality is excellent. Easy learning curve. Happy with my purchase
