Q: Does it contain glass? The container's surface is warm after pouring in boiling water. This makes me worry because the surface is supposed to keep the heat in and stay cool, not release heat to the air

A: There is no glass within it.However, it keeps warm/cold liquid for around 8 hours. If you don't open the lip even it could keep heat more than 12 hours.

A: This product has a threaded stopper which will prevent leaks under normal circumstances as long as the threaded stopper has a properly positioned silicone gasket and the threaded stopper is fully tightened in the closed position
