Q: My front receiver hitch is 22” off the ground. Is it to high?

Q: Does this include all mounting hardware and will it fit a 1989 GMC K 3500? What winch does it have? If this doesn't fit what hardware is required?

It has a DK2 Warrior Winch which can pull up to 3,000lbs. If you meant if you can install this on the rearside of your vehicle, then we recommend having it on the front.
