Warranty problems

easy to assemble, provided oil, havent started the unit yet, however tried to register for warranty (one of the reasons that influence my choice) 3 times I have tried, the site says "something wrong" with one (or more) of the info boxes filled, but wont show which one...I emailed the "company" thru their contact us with all info asked for on registration...havent heard squat....these big companies that "bid out their warranty service contracts" that wont accept ur submission(s) and are in the USA....I bought in Canada hence,,,CANADIAN TIRE...

Works Great!

Works Great! This is replacing my old Simoniz Platinum which I had for many years, +14 years. It was a pressure washer that I used it all the time. It had a lots of hours on it. It finally got to the point it needed parts but since I used it so much I thought it best to replace it with the same. I am sure/hoping I will have this for over a decade also. It is worth it's weight in gold! If you are looking for a pressure washer I wouldn't hesitate on this one. I don't think you could find a better washer for this price.

Worked only for about 3 years then died

Pressure washer was good not great, worked for a few years but now it's not even cranking over. Wouldnt buy again. Id recommend a lower pressure ELECTRIC washer, if you dont use it regularily enough. Im guessing a poorly built engine.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed with Canadian Tire/Simonize!

Purchased this pressure washer for Father’s Day, and while it worked awesome the first day… it’s the only day I was able to use it. Next morning found all of the gas had emptied into the crank case, went back to Canadian Tire to see what my options were, it’s been at their preferred repair shop since. For the last 3 months I call once every couple of weeks and get told they’re getting to it as fast as possible! Sure!

Q: What is the Minimum water supply flow rate for the simoniz 3400 psi. Its not stated in specifications. Also, nothing about this model on the simoniz website after you promised there would be 5 months ago.

A: I am not sure what the minimum required water supply is for this pressurewasher. I have used it with a 5 gallon per minute "puddle pump" pumping water form the lake, and it worked flawless.
