Acceptable, but not great. Very expensive for what equates to a replacement fitted tarp.

More difficult to install than the original one I purchased three years ago. Fit was ok, but not great. The replacement was almost as expensive as the complete kit. I do like the darker color better than the original white. No window on this one, compared to the original.

Wasn't worth the money

my grandfather bought this on 06/30/23 and the roof shredded on one of the fold lines on 3/6/25 by the wind. The replaced top lasted till May 4 of 2026 and ripped in the same area. I couldn't figure out how to place the my photos but they are basically the same as the other photos posted here. Do not waste your money.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is the cover tarp easy to take on and off? If for example, one only wanted the cover on in the winter, is it’s easy enough to remove and replace seasonally?

Q: does this unit come with a door to close opening, or just an open door?

  • A: The one side has an optional door that zips on both sides to allow it to roll up. The zippers can stop connecting the teeth to close pretty early on but I used needle nose pliers to squeeze the puller and it is much better.

Q: Can this shelter be anchored into the ground? What about the big wind, can it be blown off, or be moved by wind and then it hurt the car?

  • A: Screw the legs to 2x8's and drive 4' long steel rebar through the boards into the ground on an angle. This was recommended by a Canadian Tire employee and has worked well. I also have a taller garage and it did move a bit in high winds using this method but no damage to anything.

  • A: Hello, Risk of fire. Do not smoke or use open flame devices (including grills, fire pits, deep fryers, smokers or lanterns) in or around the shelter. DO NOT store flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene, propane, etc.) in or around your shelter. Do not expose top or sides of the shelter to open fire or other flame source.
