Q: how to unpair and pair the headphone?is there a link to the manual?

A: The process is basically the same no matter what device you pair to. Turn your device (ie cell phone, TV, tablet etc.) On go to settings - bluetooth - pair. Activate pairing, then on the headphones press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds. The headphones will confirm audibly - power on and pairing. Select the headphones on the device bluetooth display and enjoy.

A: Hi, please check if the charging cable and the wall charger are connected properly and undamaged, you can replace the charging cable or the wall charger and try again. If the headphones have been out of power for a long time, you can charge it for a while to activate the unit first, and then check if the indicator light is on.
