Instruction manual is basic. I missed my opportunity to input the time and date when I first plugged it in and now I can't get to that particular menu. Couldn't find anything useful online either. I even tried the reset button. Also can't find the 'format card' location.

  • A: Yay! Figured it out. In standby mode, go to menu. While in menu one, push power button. That takes you to menu two which has the option to set the date.
