    Bought this last week for an extremely challenging long distance drive over two day. I was having Sciatica trouble with a great deal amount of pain. This seat cover helped me complete the drive by providing massage and heat to my lower spine.

    I read my review again. It says I was disappointed with the product. For you to not allow this. Says a lot about your company I have shopped here for years. And can’t believe you would allow this. Possibly so you can just sell more You should try it yourself. And you will see I’d be ashamed if I owned this store and chose profit over people satisfaction

    Q: Heat in seat or back? Or both? Where is the heating element? In one question a Canadian Tire Expert answered by saying only in the seat. For another similar question a Canadian Tire Expert answered by saying only in the back. Would like to know for sure which it is. Thanks.

    Q: Can you use multiple units in the car at one time? Can you use these cushions in the front and the back at the same time? I want to use three, two in front and one in back (for a child). I'm unsure of the power source/s.

    • A: Yes you could use multiple units provided you have the 12v outlet for the required power source. The current draw should not be too high and the unit does have an auto off feature: 30mins.

    • A: The Drivers Seat is designed to be used while sitting but we have had customers that use the product while laying on a bed and had the same results as sitting on the product. You can use your own discretion however, with any electrical product it is recommended that the unit be unplugged when not in use as a safety precaution.

    Q: how do you inflate or deflate the lumbar support? is heat supposed to be in the back as well as the seat cushion? the button for inflating the lumbar supprt is uncomfortable on my inner right thigh...is that avoidable?

    • A: This is actually a bulb pump bulb, and each squeeze of the pump inflates the lumbar cushion slightly. There is a smaller button beside the pump that releases air to deflate the cushion. Both buttons are located in the centre of the cushion and are intended to reside between a user’s legs when the user is seated on the cushion; these cannot be relocated. The heating element is located on the seat cushion only.
