Excellent, I really like how easy it is to cycle through the different settings. I wish there had been an option for heat on the back as well.
Maybe it's my hands weakening or where it's placed but I found the pump hard to operate while seated.

I have had a couple of lumbar pads to help with my back, this one is ok - but it has two support pads that rest on either thigh, and to be quite honest they are really uncomfortable. I find the heating pad does not sit where I would like it on my back, but that could be because I am a bit on the short side. Would I recommend. personally I wish there was something better out on the market for those of us who have worked 40 years in an office setting.

Not what it seems

Air pump is distracting for drivers, popped and wouldnt stay inflated. Only had it a few hours at that point. Not a massage chair, more of a vibrating chair.

A: The heat element is only in the seat of the cushion. No heat element in the back section.

A: Yes it does have some noticeable sound when operating. However it should not be loud enough to distract others.

Q: Can you use multiple units in the car at one time? Can you use these cushions in the front and the back at the same time? I want to use three, two in front and one in back (for a child). I'm unsure of the power source/s.

A: Yes you could use multiple units provided you have the 12v outlet for the required power source. The current draw should not be too high and the unit does have an auto off feature: 30mins.

Q: Can the cushion lay flat?? Is it adjustable? For laying on the couch instead of sitting?

A: The Drivers Seat is designed to be used while sitting but we have had customers that use the product while laying on a bed and had the same results as sitting on the product. You can use your own discretion however, with any electrical product it is recommended that the unit be unplugged when not in use as a safety precaution.

Q: how do you inflate or deflate the lumbar support? is heat supposed to be in the back as well as the seat cushion? the button for inflating the lumbar supprt is uncomfortable on my inner right thigh...is that avoidable?

A: This is actually a bulb pump bulb, and each squeeze of the pump inflates the lumbar cushion slightly. There is a smaller button beside the pump that releases air to deflate the cushion. Both buttons are located in the centre of the cushion and are intended to reside between a user’s legs when the user is seated on the cushion; these cannot be relocated. The heating element is located on the seat cushion only.
