Pretty poopy small puller. Really only useful for a battery terminal, might as well use a screw driver or plastic prying tool which has more uses. Dont recommend for removing a windshielf wiper arm, not strong enough/proper hook engagement.

The tool works as advertised, the issue I have is that it is cheaply made because the center tip that makes contact with the battery terminal came out so although it did the job, it can only be used once
