RED TEK 12a Recharge Hose with Gauge is designed to connect to vehicles using R134a refrigerant to install RED TEK 12a refrigerant products and RED TEK additives. RED TEK 12a Recharge Hose with Gauge uses high quality components to ensure consumer safety when installing RED TEK refrigerants and allowing them to be used multiple times.

Easy to use control knob designed to work with RED TEK self-sealing can valves
Colour coded recharge gauge conveniently located for easy reading when the can is inverted during charging
RED TEK 12a recharge hose includes a check valve in the coupler to prevent discharge of product when not properly connected to the vehicle’s A/C system
Ability to change RED TEK refrigerant or additive cans without disconnecting from the vehicle
Brass fittings allow recharge hose to be used multiple times
Compatible with vehicles equipped with R134a and R-12 refrigerant only
Compatible with most vehicles prior to model year 2017 and some vehicles from model year 2017-2020. Verify vehicles refrigerant tag under hood to confirm refrigerant type
This product is NOT compatible with vehicles equipped with R1234yf refrigerant

Quick connect hose was broken, cheap as it can be.

I just bought this recharge kit, and after getting home and all excited to get some AC. The quick connect is stuck in the retract position. No matter how hard or delicate I try to get it to move it is stuck in the retract position. Waste of money. I just drove 50kms to get this kit. Now I have to go back someday and replace. I don’t even want to try another. So disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.
