Questions
Q: The dimensions list a length of 34.5" and 15" width. Is that the jack itself without the handle and packaging? Seems MUCH larger than all other jacks I've used. Is it correct?

5 years agoA: The release valve on this MotoMaster Eliminator jack can be feathered to control the speed of the release; slowly releasing the valve will help control the decent.

Q: Has anyone figured out a solution for the rubber pad in the saddle? Mine has expanded, cracked and frequently falls out. I realize this is trivial but it'd be ideal to have a solution other than a hockey puck? Has anyone contacted Motomaster?

Q: My car’s rocker panel is not flat. The original jack has a slit in lifting area looks like a u so that slit can fit. This lift looks flat, it would flatten that lip. Is there an adapter for this?
5 years agoA: Use a pinch weld adapter. You can buy them or make them yourself. They use the pinch weld only for location and lift on both sides by straddling the pinch weld.

Q: What is the minimum lift height? The description says 3.25" (8.3 cm) but the table says 3.15" (8 cm)

Q: Can this jack raise a 2021 kia sorento high enough to change tires?
a year agoA: Definitely, yes. I have used it on a grand cherokee and an avalanche, for much higher lifts than a tire change. This jack is awesome.

Q: Warranty?
3 years agoA: Iv had this jack for three years,bought it cause my sons mustang was to low ,to get my host under the car to lift it up to change out the exhaust. This jack worked great. Been using it once or twice a week for different things, never had any trouble with it to need the warranty. I'd buy this product again if it ever failed.

Q: Can the padded lift saddle be removed showing a hole that the saddle fits into? I'm hoping the saddle is attached to a solid metal pole that slides into the hole? I would like to replace it with another larger one.
4 years agoA: The saddle pad can be removed, however the alteration in question has not be tested for this jack. Therefore, we do not recommend making the change to ensure the safety of the user.

Q: Can one. Buy parts repair hydraulics that causes leak down issue
5 years agoA: Regrettably, there are very few components that can be safely replaced on a garage jack as the hydraulic pump unit is calibrated at the factory. Replacing parts will compromise the calibration and can result in dangerous or unsafe operation of the jack.
