Gravity tends to test my expensive electronics…defender series case protects my iPad well but the best feature of the case is how it improves my ability to hold the iPad. Without the case the iPad was difficult to hold, thin and slick. The case adds bulk where your hands and fingers appreciate it. My only gripe is the stand, I wish it was adjustable like a laptop screen
