Better than expected

I was wanting a kettle that would detach from the base, shut off when it came to a boil, ( verses just shutting off when it boiled dry) This Kettle does both, then on top of that you can adjust the temperature that it stops heating at, say 90 deg C instead of 100 for the slightly cooler cup of tea. You can adjust the stop heating temp to any temp you desire. The kettle is supper fast. Then on top of all that this kettle will keep the water at that desired temp for another hour if you so desire. Bought two for church functions.

A: Good question! Electric kettle boils water and the temperature reached is 100 degrees centigrade.
