For best results, product should be used within 16 months from the manufacture date printed on the instruction manual inside the box. Product should be stored between 39℉ - 75℉ (4℃ - 25℃). If stored at temperatures that are too high or too low, it could kill the Bacillus which is the live organism that is used to control the beetles. Adult beetles controlled are Japanese beetles, Asiatic Garden beetles, Oriental beetles & Rose Chafer beetles. Beetle grubs (larvae) controlled are Japanese beetles, Asiatic Garden beetles, European Chafer beetles, Green June beetles, Northern Mask Chafer beetles, May or June beetles, Oriental beetles & Southern Mask Chafer beetles.

It’s poison

It’s the strongest bug stuff I’ve ever used and it stinks. It did the trick on the beetles I could spray but there are no windless days in Muskoka. I won’t buy it again. Apparently the beetles make more beetles in the ground so even if you spray it isn’t going to be enough. They ran out of the trapping bags.

Should be stored at temps between 4-25 degrees C (39-75 degrees F). This product is a biocide meaning it is live organisms.

Q: does it get rid of Japanese beetles from tree and is it safe for animals

  • A: I don't know about trees but I used it for my lilies at the beginning of their growth into the earth not on the leaves and so far so good. As for pets, it's not a pleasant odor so I don't know if a pet would get too close or not.
