2 Metal arms on the inside snapped and the zipper on the bag to store it in broke after 1 year. :(

Breaks easily

Just as a couple of other reviews the umbrella stopped working shortly after purchase. The mechanism that hols the umbrella up broke and it collapses as soon as you let go of the handle.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Crank not working umbrella won’t stay up

This umbrella could be amazing but For some reason the crank stops clicking and the umbrella won’t hold up. I have been through 2 so far and will freak if it happens to the third one. But weirdest thing is it’s the same issue with both umbrellas so far. It is working fine and then you put it away for a night and in the morning go to Use it again and the the clicking noise you hear isn’t there anymore and he umbrella isn’t catching to remain up. Hoping third times a charm because it looks awesome and great coverage but if it happens again I give up on this product.

This umbrella has been a game changer at our camp!!
We purchased the proper cast base weights & have never had any problem with rotation, nor has it ever blown over. Thought we do use common sense, living in Southern Alberta we have our fair share of wind & do not open it on those days. Ours has lived outdoors for the past 5-6 years, has faded but the integrity is still there. Noted, we have also put it away during the winter months.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Not worth the money

We purchased this item about 3 years ago and just before the 1 year was up the mechanism just stopped working. Got it replaced and again as we set it up for the first time this year same thing. its very nice but having gone through 2 now, I would say stay away

Q: Is there a replacement cover available? Previous cover has been destroyed by UV looking for a replacement option. When the unit is collapsed it is too wide to accommodate replacement covers I can locate. Any suggestions? Thanks!
