Product Details

The OEMTOOLS® Valve Spring Compressor removes the valve spring keepers and springs without having to remove the cylinder head. It is designed for use on most trucks and cars with overhead valves, and features a sliding t-handle for close clearances.

works as intended

i bought this about 3 weeks ago and have since swapped out 16 valve springs on a set of vortec heads from an L31 V8,it works wonderfully and is far superior to the L shaped cheap valve spring compressor.i think it could've been a little cheaper but it suits my needs very well.

Did manage to remove valve springs from Subaru head but had to grind bottom to fit into spring. Top U bent more than once and had to be straightened. I now know why there wasn't one on "Loan a tool" program
