Après avoir assemblé et branché l’appareil, nous avons appris que pour utiliser l’écran intelligent pour visionner des applications de streaming pour lesquels nous payons déjà des frais mensuels, on doit absolument s’abonner à ifit pro, pour la modique some de 39$/mois! N’ayant pas vue cette information avant l’achat nous sommes vraiment déçus, nous ne l’aurions pas acheté et allons probablement le retourner

Love Our New Treadmill!

Very good quality treadmill. Putting it together is a challenge, requiring two people, but the end result is a fantastic machine that we love using every day. We're especially happy it has an incline mode, which we didn't expect. Great buy...it was 50% off!

Buyer Beware

Buyers need to be aware that if you purchase this treadmill or any treadmill that uses the IFIT software you will need to buy a yearly or monthly subscription to IFIT. Without the subscription you are limited to only using the treadmill in the very basic manual mode and cannot run any programs or workouts whatsoever. I was not willing to pay the high subscription rates and returned my unit because of this issue.

Not smooth on low speeds

Bought this unit on sale. For the most part it is ok, but lower speeds it is not smooth at all.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Quality with Early Quirks

It is a really great machine! I love how easy it is to use. Only downside is that I have had to do a hard reset and I’ve only had it for a week and a half. If that doesn’t happen very often or the software just needed an update, then this was an excellent purchase for someone just getting into a walking or running program.

A: Donald Thank you for your question. Without a paid iFIT Membership, the console can be used in the manual mode. Your progress in your workout will be displayed on an oval track on the screen. Q: Can't connect iPhone to the treadmill through bluetooth. Tried through iFit app and console. I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips to no avail. Is this treadmill able to connect via bluetooth to listen to music from my iPhone?

A: Bruce We are sorry for any miscommunication regarding the Bluetooth features on our EXP 10i Treadmill. The console on this machine is Bluetooth compatible with Bluetooth smart heart rate monitors as well as Bluetooth enabled headphones. At this time, the console cannot connect to smart devices to play audio through the treadmill speakers. With that being said, when paired iFIT Membership, users can connect a Spotify account and play music from the Spotify app on the console. Q: How long is the cord, from the treadmill to the plug?
