I really wish I read the reviews before getting this product because I stand by all of the one-star reviews I have read.
This was obviously previously bought and returned.
I took it out of the box and while it's advertised as 24", the radiator element itself is exactly 6". While I didn't expect it to be 24" element, the design and advertising feels very very deceptive. I don't think I have ever been more dissatisfied with a purchase from anywhere before now. To me, the only thing worse than a bad product is a misleading one and this is both.
If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would. I can't see anyone purchasing this online and getting what they expected.

Never Worked

The heater never worked. I flipped the switch at the back and tried different power outlets. Unfortunately, I purchased this today, during a lock down, so I cannot return/exchange it until the stores reopen.

Q: What is the fourth symbol on the operation buttons? I understand the fan . oscillating and timer ones. The other button looks kind of like a leaf?

A: It’s the ECO FUNCTION: Press the ECO SETTING button once, working condition of the heater will be controlled by the room temperature. A: When room temperature is higher than or equal to setting temperature, only the wind wheel works; B: When room temperature is lower than setting temperature but the temperature difference is less than 4 degrees, the heater works in low power condition. C: When room temperature is lower than setting temperature and the temperature difference is more than or just 4 degrees, the heater works in high power condition. NOTE: Press the ECO SETTING button for 5 seconds, the displayed temperature on the nixie pipe can be switched between Fahrenheit and Centigrade degree and their relative indicator on the display will be lighted.
