Sell extra parts!!!

I wish they’d sell parts for these, extra extension and mostly power supplies… very hard to make a decent set up with one power. And huge gap between the sections, looks awful (have to roll the wire and kind of let it hang)
Really, why not sell extra parts!!!

Absolutely ridiculous... #4 3/4" screws to mount with... useless. Had to use 1 1/2 #6 to go through the soffit and reach the wood below. AND there's a 3 foot gap every 12 lights. So now I have to tuck and tape it out of the way. PLUS the instructions say to mount above 20 degrees C. A bit late when they sell these in December... I build custom furniture, do brake jobs, build decks and fences, install kitchens. This is the stupidest setup I've come across. MAKE SURE YOU BUY A SET WITH 1 PCE. LIGHT AND MOUNTING BRACKETS.

Not worth it

I wish I could say these are worth the money, but honestly spend $100 more at other online brands and your be happy. If our dog hadn’t ripped the packaging and the sheer harassment you receive when you return anything at Canadian tire, we would return them. The app is terrible, and the lights subpar. We’ve had them up for 2 weeks and one side of the house is already fallen off.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great addition to our house

Very happy with how these look. Got them as permanent Christmas lights but will use them all year round for accent lights. Easy to put up, but time consuming by your self, I used the mounts with screws into the soffit, did not use the adhesive. I think the package had been open in the store and a few mounts had been removed as there was enough, I was a few short. Easy to control with the app and setup a schedule to auto come and off at specific times, could not set to come on at sunset/rise, so I picked a time that was close. Works with Alexa but couldn't fully pick the effects I wanted in the Alexa app. Mount them closer to the wall to have them light the house, too far away and they won't.

A: They have multiple stings in the one box and comes with 1 extension part But if you try add more then what's provided in the box (100ft) it doesn't light the extra strings

Please note that the adapter is designed to support no more than six light strings to prevent overload. Therefore, only one full set of permanent lights can be connected to a single power source.

A: Thanks for reaching out. The voice command function is controlled by the voicebox. The permanent light supports voice commands from Alexa or Google Assistant. Please make sure that you have an echo device and the echo device is compatible with Alexa or Google Home.
