Le sapin est très beau, par contre les lumiaires n ont pas durées 1 an... La section du centre est complètement éteinte comme s il y avait eu un court circuit dans le fils. Un autre section s allume et s éteint selon la façon dont le fils est place et ce matin à son 2ème Noël la section du haut est aussi complètement éteinte,.... Le problème ... Le sapin à une garantie d un an seulement. Et il faut dire que le sapin est sur un timer et n à fonctionner en réalité que pendant 1 mois . Remiser et réinstaller l'année d après...

Couldn't see an in-store sample so bought this tree based on the beautiful image portrayed on the website which shows branches full of long needles with multi-toned tips mixed in. It should be noted that on every branch, only the 2 most outer tips have the more realistic long needles plus 1 multi-toned tip & the rest of the inner tips are all made from the usual shorter PVC needles. It took about an hour to fluff all the branches to make it look great but I never quite achieved the full, lush look of the product image pictured.
Regardless, compared to other trees that only have the PVC branches, this tree is far superior. It has a lovely shape & colour, the lights are plentiful, & it is very easy to assemble. We would definitely recommend this tree to friends and family and can't wait to see it decorated.

Q: How do I access the fuses in the plugs for this tree? The manual says the fuses located in the plugs can be replaced but I can not figure out how to open them up to access the fuses.

Q: Why is one section of the lights out? The bottom row of lights in the middle section of the tree will not light. I have tried replugging in the tree sections, tightening the bulbs and replacing them with new ones, nothing has helped. How can I fix this?

A: It seems as though you have already taken all necessary steps to fix them problem. We cannot advise what else to do other than buy a new light string or a new tree.

Q: Will one burned out bulb prevent everything down line of it from turning on? We have a section of lights near the top of the middle section of the tree that will not illuminate. There is one particular socket that will not light up even when trying multiple new bulbs.

A: This tree is composed of 3 strings of lights (i.e. Tree top -50 lights, middle section – 200 lights, bottom section – 150 lights). In general, the rest of the bulbs within the same string of light still illuminate if one bulb goes out. However, if one bulb is loose or pulled out from the lamp socket, the other bulbs within the same string of lights may not lit because it lost contact within the same circuit of sting, but other strings of lights are stay lit. This tree is come with 12pcs replacement bulbs, please replace all the burnt out bulbs with these 12 spare bubs following the instruction manual as attached. We believe this tree can work after trying that.

Q: We purchased this tree last year and when unpacking this year we cannot find the adaptor, where can we get a new one??

A: We need more information about the adaptor. This tree does not have an adaptor so we are not too sure if you mean part of the extension cord or what exactly was lost.

A: This tree has 3 plugs. Our recommendation would be to take apart the sections and re-plug in as you re-connect the sections of the tree.

Q: How much space is underneath the tree for presents? It looks like there is no space whatsoever.

A: Depending on how you shape your branches will determine how much space you there is under the tree. With branches down there is about 8-10 inches but that is just an approximate.
