Cracked after a month

We bought this about 5 months ago and the sides ended up cracking and leaking water after a month. So we returned and got a replacement, today the sides cracked again. I won’t be purchasing another noma cleaning product.

Fantastic cleaner

Love this machine. I bought it because milk was spilled on my mattress. Needless to say, despite a cover my mattress needed a good cleaning. I was amazed at the amount of dirt it lifted up. It also came in handy for spot cleaning my new couch. It is easy to assemble (one screw) easy to handle, and light weight. It’s not overly small but is fairly compact. It suctioned the water back well so there were no water stains and the material dried quickly. The reason I chose this over another popular brand was the 3 year warranty. I couldn’t be more pleased with this item.
