get rid of the clear centre permanently to shine the colour advertised

Noma has changed the face on these regularly. The last one I bought has clear in the middle and does not shine green on the house. I exchanged it for another one which had a whole face of green. They need to get it right

Q: There is no equivalent wattage on the package (40/60/100W?), nor any lumens rating. Have you any idea how bright these are compared to same size Halogen / Incandescent bulbs?

A: The PAR38 color LED light bulbs are not rated for wattage equivalent and lumens as these bulbs illuminate color (RED). The LED PAR38 color light bulbs are brighter than the compared Halogen/Incandescent.

Q: Are there any outdoor WEATHERPROOF floodlights that are clear anymore? I don't want a coloured bulb in my security lights or stake lights but all the LED floodlight bulbs that are white say they need to be in weather protected fixtures.
