We are still trying to figure out how to set the time. The timer doesn't come with instructions and when we looked it up on the internet the directions we are getting are not working. An instructions manual would be really nice.

Q: How to cancel program Does anyone know how to cancel a program? This model has 7 on/off programs and we only want to use 2 this year so we want to erase the previous programs. Any idea how to do this?

A: While you're reviewing the programs using the PROG button, when you see the one you want to cancel/delete hold the MODE button down and hit PROG.

Q: How many ON/OFF programs can it store? The online manual says 8, the features on the website say 20, a user question says 7... I need to cycle the power of a heater every 30 minutes.

A: Total I don’t know, but I use it during the summer to control my pool heater. 30 minutes on, 30 off, 6 am till 10pm.

A: This does not have the flashing/running feature. It is simply ON/OFF at the programmed times.

Q: Can the 2 outlets run on different timers and at what intervals? I need to power 2 water pumps, but each pump needs to run at different times. Also, how granular can the intervals be set to? I would like to have the pumps activate for just 5 minutes each day.
