I bought this ceiling fan about a year ago. I have installed quite a few ceiling fans in my day. Since day one this ceiling fan was loud. It is not off balance or anything. Then a few days ago the light just stopped working. Changed the bulb and still nothing. Very faulty fan.

Noma ceiling fan with remote

After ordering 3x the 3rd fan worked. The transmitter box was not signalling to remote. The 2nd time the light would not connect. The third was a charm. Happy with the fan. Quiet and easy to install

Very difficult to mount to ceiling

This ceiling fan was very easy to put together but the last step of connecting the main unit the ceiling was extremely difficult and I ended up dropping the fan and breaking it so I'm not very pleased with the product. I actually bought 2 of these fans and I was able to just barely get the 2nd one installed but when I turn the light switch it pops my breaker/fuse so I might have done something wrong but I have not had a good experience with this product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Bonjour , j'ai eu le même problème et c'est le module de la fan . Le petit boitier ou les fils sont branchés. Je l'ai remplacer et elle fonctionne bien. Hello, I had the same problem and this is the module of the fan. The small box or the wires are connected. I replaced it and it works fine.

A: Yes for installation on a flat ceiling the extention is not needed but for most cathedral ceilings it is required.

A: Hi there. There is just the one rod per box, and the height is not adjustable. With that said, these were the best investment I made last summer! They are quiet and efficient and they look stylish.

Q: I've tried to replace the 11w soft white LED bulb with a 10w daylight bright white one and it flickers randomly. Does anyone know why a 1w difference will cause issues on this fan?

A: The bulb could be dimmable, which could cause this to happen. Also, if the power supply to fan is not consistent or there are multiple outlets connected on the same breaker, the bulb may not have enough power to operate. We recommend 11W LED to use with this remote/receiver combination
