One season (3 months) was great. Next season dead

BEAUTIFUL last year on our front covered entry. We had them up for 3 months then stored indoors. Just set them up again and NONE of the 4 work! Apparently it may be a fuse issue but prying the cheap fuse open is damaging the plug. So disappointing since they looked so lovely and were significantly less expensive when I bought them last year. Another note is the box and description say indoor/outdoor but the actual tag on them say indoor.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the NOMA Christmas Decoration Mixed Garland, 12-ft. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially given how beautiful they looked last year. Since it seems the issue might be with the fuse, please follow these steps to replace it safely:
1. Grasp the plug and remove it from the outlet.
2. Slide the fuse access cover on top of the attachment plug towards the blades.
3. Carefully remove the fuse.
4. Replace the fuse only with a 3 Amp, 125 Volt fuse, provided with the product.
5. Close the fuse cover by sliding it shut.

Great lighted Garland

I bought the lighted garland to replace our old one which most of the lights had gone out. This one was the right length and thickness and covered our handrail perfectly. The lights are warm and classy - very happy with the purchase; we’ve only used it for one season, hoping there’s no issues next Christmas.
