Poor warranty within first year

After owning this for 6 months the pod coffee grinds started going into my cup. Cleaned the machine twice and made sure nothing was plugged but didn’t fix the problem. Tried different pods from other brands and still had the problem. Contacted customer service and they said I needed a new pod adapter the part that holds the pod however I was informed that part is not covered under warranty. They also told me that they were out of stock and I would have to source the part elsewhere. Well the part is sold out everywhere to no surprise. Obviously they know that there’s a problem with that part but won’t cover it under warranty. Now I can’t use a 6 month old coffee maker that costs over $200. Ninja has lost another customer and they don’t even follow up on customer service calls.

No, I do not recommend this product.
