LOVE this machine! It was easy to setup and works great! We used the Kimbo beans for espresso. It makes a great Americano......sorry Canadiano....lol. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Not consistent

First cup was great but it seems like it changes every time. I was supposed to get the pro model and they shipped me this one and refuse to make it right and are blaming me for fingers hitting the wrong thing. The consistency is not the same every time and coffee grounds are where the water overflow drips into. I’m not sure if this is normal. The pucks go into the bucket but like dry coffee grounds are outside of the bucket on top of water overflow.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Inconsistent coffee, no manual control.

Inconsistent coffee, constantly requiring grind IQ when nothing has changed. Lacks any real manual control of grind, would have preferred a grind wheel for manual control with a grind IQ override. Other then that I appreciate the steam wand over a milk craft like other automatic machine, plus it does look great on the countertop.
