Made a compact gym

I got the light, medium and heavy bands. I double up when needed so LM < LH < MH where I can get a range of 20 - 70 lbs of resistance with the 3 bands. So I can do many types of exercises and these take up very little space. Quality is very good. Stitching looks like it will last and the outer stretching cloth casing seems pretty good. I like the simple but effect design. The handles don’t hurt the palm when using either. Highly recommended

The band provides a medium to heavy resistance. Can get the heavier resistance when combining with the Light band if wanting more resistance. Durable. I use them for arms and shoulder exercises, as well as squatting type exercises.
