Vertuo Up is not UP at ALL

The machine is not working properly since purchased, It was replace for a new one, not same color, because they were already out of the color originally purchases. None of both machines have been ever connected to the Wifi, which was the main purposes of the purchase. We have been dealing with the issue for more than a month and nothing have been resolve at this point, so we paid extra for nothing. I just need to get refund for that, because doesn't make sense at all, you should have a future and the future doesn't work at all. Very disappointed.

Great machine

So far I love it I was hesitant after reading reviews of how water overflows in the capsule compartment bin and it gets messy. After using it for the first time I was expecting a bunch of water in it but there was barely anything but a little bit of coffee water. Makes great coffee just like my original vertuo machine that I still love and use. Very versatile machine and looks great on the counter. I love the vertuo up so far.

No one told me I need wifi of 2.4 G only to work I only have 5G, the back for the puck is very small and a lot of water gets in there and gets a lot more dirty than my previous machine. No free coffee in the box!

Sleek but sloppy & messy cleanups

It looks great as it’s more sleek and takes up less space. The opening mechanism/lever is a bit flimsy and would prefer a more solid feel to it. The container that holds the dispensed pods is now inside the machine which hides the pods but it gets really sloppy and messy. Its smaller stature requires emptying more often than our previous model. There was a trade-off here of functionality for sleekness.

I do not like the design of the used capsule container, because it gets full of water, coffee and mold. The machine is loud too. I returned it and I’m glad I kept my old machine, the VertuoPlus Deluxe.
