Excellent machine and good upgrade

Purchased the Vertuo Up recently to replace a Vertuo Plus machine which had done narly 4 years solid work. The Up is much faster to be ready to brew, and takes up less space. I'm not usually a fan of 'connected' applicances, but the ability to use the app to make adjustments to brew temperature etc is very handy. I especially like being easily able to adjust how much water is used when brewing the Mug sized pods, as I always found them a little weak for my taste. All in all a solid upgrade. It's pretty quiet as well.

Old coffee water

The coffee machine spits out old coffee water from the last pod at the beginning of each brew. I have had many Nespresso machines over the years that I have loved but this one is gross.
