Seams ripped and frame broke immediately

As soon as I bought this item and put clothes in it, it broke, the frame couldn’t support clothes (not even full). Within the first day the seams all ripped. This product is of terrible quality!

Not as shown online

I purchased this sorter from the store after looking at it on the website.
Got it home, and the top support pieces(short ones) are now molded plastic. I need a narrower cart, and planned on cutting these pieces down.
Also the top fabric (cover) is netting and not matching the bags.
Need to return.

Makes laundry that much easier!

This hamper is great for anyone living in a condo/apartment building. The castor wheels allow you to roll it in and out of elevators with ease, no more back breaking lifting all in the name of clean clothes!
Only issue is the rods can come undone, but this can always be fixed by gluing the rods together.

Q: Is the unit washable?

A: No. With the wire creating the shape of the item, it cannot go in the laundry, but you could take a damp cloth to it to work on stains I am sure. That said, after using mine for 2 years, it does not seem to maintain some sort of odd odour or anything like that and with the darker colour, it would not show many stains or marks on it.
