Q: Nice but I am having difficulty with the baffle cap. Its weight keeps closing the seed ports. How do I keep it up so that it won't slip down and close the seed ports? Thnaks.
5 years agoA: Thanks for your inquiry, ATB73. I believe the black roof 'toggle' at the top of the feeder is tightened down too far which will cause the outer tube to stay all the way down. Please loosen the black toggle and it should resolve the issue.
