Napoleon PRO Bamboo Cutting Board Set w/ Stainless Steel Bowls

Sturdy board with a feature that we use daily. With a stone counter top cutting boards are essentail. This has become our main board and stays on the counter. Good weight and well built, the best feature is the bowls integrated for clearing the board of cut waste. Easy to clean after applying oil.

The pull out side bowls help when I’m chopping vegetables or other food items. Very durable wood that doesn’t leave slice marks and cleans up perfectly.

I’ve been using the Napoleon 70012 Pro Cutting Board for a few weeks now, and it has become my “default” cutting board that always sits out on the counter, mainly for a couple of reasons. Out of the box, it seemed a bit bulky compared to a regular board since it sits higher to accommodate the bowls. Once I started using it, I realized the extra height off the counter makes everything a bit more comfortable for some reason (especially for longer prep sessions), even if you aren’t using the included bowls. Secondly, the board really comes through when I’m prepping skewers for the grill, since it can end up creating a lot of waste. It’s nice to keep things out of the way when cutting and makes the whole process faster and less messy. Finally, it does fairly well as a little taco or burger assembly station by chopping toppings right on the board and keeping bowls underneath for cheese, onions, and lettuce. When guests arrive, I just slide the bowls out and everything’s ready to go. The bamboo surface feels solid and durable, and it doesn’t look out of place wherever you put it. Clean up is simple since the bowls are dishwasher safe, and the board usually just needs a quick wipe down. Overall, I think this board is a solid and versatile addition for anyone who loves grilling and does a lot of prep work.
