Nice looking bbq, heats great but cast iron grids are the worst. I have seasoned the grids multiple times (even tried seasoning before and after each use) but they still flake like you wouldn’t believe! At times they seem ok until you flip your steak and see all this metal flakes stuck to your meat...
No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible quality.

I bought this to replace a 15 year old Napoleon grill that was really wasn't it bad shape. I quickly leavened that this was not the quality you'd expect from Napoleon. This BBQ has terrible hot spots and the close front of the grill doesn't get hot at all. The coating on the grill flaked off after 1 month. I should've kept my old one or shelled out more money for a broil King
No, I do not recommend this product.

Quality not there for cost

I am disappointed in the quality of the grill for what the cost was. It has not held up as well as expected and the parts are expensive to replace. Why spend all the money up front if you don’t get a good warranty or product. Will not be purchasing another.

I’ve had mine for six years and never had a problem, you have to check them and make sure it’s not made in China, which most of them are from Canadian Tire and other big box stores. I bought mine directly from the factory which I think makes a big difference.

A: The Napoleon group of companies manufactures products in North America (Barrie, ON & Crittenden, KY) and we also have products that are made in our Napoleon manufacturing plant overseas. This particular Legend model is manufactured overseas. This is not a third party manufacturing center - it is wholly owned and operated by Napoleon. The designs, manufacturing and quality control processes are all provided and managed from our operations in Barrie, Ontario.
