Cap barbell 2 piece bench press

The back rest is faulty. Holes at the back are misaligned. Back rest stays at 45 angle and cant be moved. I was gonna return it for exchange but decided to give cap barbell an email. They said they would send a replacement. After 2 months i never heard from them again. Now i can no longer return the product. Customer service never answers their phone.
No, I do not recommend this product.
