Q: Will this cleaner harm rubber or plastics? Also, can it be used on wood?

A: Plastic: Yes as concentrated or diluted liquid. Recommend to rinse if needed Rubber: Not recommended as not tested on this type of surface. Wood: Yes - diluted liquid on painted surfaces.
