Does what it should, not too steep so you can gently climb it as going too far can spell disaster, has rubber footing on low side of ramp for initial contact

These are a great addition to the home garage for any tasks that don't require removing the wheels. Make sure you also have a pair of chocks to keep your vehicle from rolling! Some other reviews complain about these ramps breaking, but my vehicle is closer to 4000lbs, which makes me feel confident in getting under my truck with these. Make sure to press them in against the wheels before you back up, or they will slide. My one safety concern is the plastic for these ramps does not have a temperature rating. I am assuming the plastic is kind of cheap and might get brittle in the cold, because I am using these outside in the cold. So I keep them inside when I'm not using them

A: The product details says 170cm, but I think that was an error on the website. It should say lifting height vs using cm's and inches. 170 mm would equal 17cm or 6.69 which gives you plenty of lifting height! Great idea for using plastic, lightweight compared to the Rhino ramps made of rubber and much easier then using a car jack. Great for these cars that have covered the bottom of the engine with no access to put a jack.

A: Yes,another person,standing clear from the vehicle path,should observe and guide the vehicle operator when ascending and descending the ramps,never accelerate or apply brakes suddenly. Proceed slowly and cautiously. Once the vehicle reaches the top of the ramps, apply brakes only to prevent roll-off. Thank you.

Q: Why does the website say "Lift Height: 170 cm" (66.9 inches). Is that a typo? Is it supposed to be 17cm (6.69 inches)?
