Q: What is the distance between crossbars? It is already stated the bed width is 13", but what be the biggest diameter you could press through the bed?

Q: As recieved, the pressure guage face on my unit shows it is almost full of fluid (Oil?).Is this normal?
12 years agoA: Yes, this is normal. The oil in the gauge is there to stabilize the needle. It causes a damping effect so that the needle does not bounce when you pump the handle. The oil that is in the gauge is self contained and is not the hydraulic fluid used in the pressure system of the press. I hope this helps. Joel The Guys Repair Services

Q: Hi I have a MotoMaster Shop Press, 10-Ton. I want to install a pressure gauge with a higher resolution? Is it possible to replace the current pressure gauge with a new one?
6 years agoA: The hydraulic line fittings on this MotoMaster Shop Press are standard size fittings, therefore you would be able to replace the pressure gauge. However, in doing so, support is unavailable for this product.

Q: Does the “ Ram” retract on its own or do you have to push it back manually.
8 years agoA: If no air trapped in the hydraulic system, the ram will retract itself once the release valve is loose.
