Ok, but poor quality rubber padding

They work great for securing my kayaks on the roof. The "rubber padded" feature is kind of a gimmick though. The rubber part slides around and gets in the way of the latch. I peeled part of it off on the first use. It's a good strap, but don't depend on the rubber padding part of the design
