Will not re charge batteries

I purchased 2 of these lights about 1 year ago. When charged the the lighting on the 4 modes is bright. the problem I have with both lights is that the included rechargeable batteries will not charge, I have tried for 24 hours to charge these. I am now using the option of 4 AA batteries. Not happy with this.

Great add on to safety equipment.

Needed to build up my cars emergency equipment, good add on, only problem was that the rechargeable batteries that came wth it didn’t charge. It was plugged in overnight. Bought energizer rechargeable batteries, saves on batteries otherwise.

Despite the size of being small, it is very bright. I like the idea of you can use it with battery or with usb. It is very handy. You can also hang it or put it in the surface depending how you want to use it. It is very durable.

I love the options to change light setting depending on your surroundings...sometimes the brightest option is not the best, can cause strong reflection or glares. It gives you the choice!

Great all in one emergency kit. The triangle has bright red led lights, and is perfect for safety when experiencing vehicle roadside issues. USB chargeable and can also be used as a power bank.

Q: When I have this plugged in, sometimes it flashes red and sometimes it's solid red (USB charging port area). What does the indicator mean when its flashing red vs solid red and how do I know it's fully charged? No manual came with it.

Q: Do you need to remove the plastic from the outside of the battery before charging? One of the batteries from the unit I just bought has the plastic partially removed. Is this normal?
