The MotoMaster Eliminator AGM Powersports Battery is a maintenance-free, sealed battery with advanced AGM technology. With superior vibration resistance and low-self discharge, it's ideal for seasonal use in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercrafts. The package includes a dry battery, an acid pack, hardware and instructions. Prior to first use, the battery must be filled and charged. Q: How long should initial charge be on 2a trickle charger

A: After allowing the battery to stand for an hour (to allow the acid to permeate the battery plates), it will at about 75-80% charged. Your 2A charge rate is a bit high for an 18Ah battery. Charge the battery for 2-3 hours, let it rest off charge for 2 hours, then take a voltage reading. A reading of 12.8V indicates the battery is fully charged. If below 12.8V, charge for another hour, let the battery rest for two hours and take another reading. Continue this until the battery reads 12.8V or higher.

Battery for snowmobile

Great battery this far. Real quick charge, after filling & letting the acid do its thing this battery had a 85% charge already a bit confusing as it reads 9-18 hr first charge. Test your new battery with a meter first, it could save you time & money
