    Corrosion protectors, almost a must have

    I have used these felt washers for years . The fit over the battery posts, under the connector and stop corrosion . I have no idea what they are impregnated with but they work. They are totally worth the couple of bucks they cost. The posts stay clean and corrosion free for the life of the battery

    Cheap Insurance

    Works as expected. I am not sure if these really do anything. They are supposed to soak up any spilled acid I think. They are cheap insurance anyway.

    Q: How are these supposed to be installed ? Under the terminals flush with the base of the battery ? Or over the terminals to protect the connection beneath ?

    • A: These are to be installed at the base of the battery posts. Then re-install the terminals.
