    Produit complètement inutile

Ce produit n'a jamais fonctionné et ce même si on a suivi les directives du fabriquant. Je ne recommande aucunement ce produit. Une perte d'argent totale assuré.

I have two use on this and when I plug in for charging it says fully charged but when I take it to start a dead car the battery status goes to low right away. Total waste of money. Is there any warranty even on this

I bought this the older version of this unit over 10yrs ago and it is still working and holds a charge. I have jumped full size V8 trucks no problem. Not sure if the new unit is as good as mine unit but its worked well for me.

Q: how long will this last fully charged with a 10 amp draw

    2 Answers
    • A: That's some pretty serious draw you are talking about for this booster. As a person that has used this product my personal feeling is that it might yield an hour at 10amp. Heaviest use I'm put my 700 booster to other then for a quick start is powering a Koolatron portable refrigerator and that would go for 6 to 8 hours at a time BUT only draws 2amp when running. I've had it hooked to a 1000watt inverter but only drawing power for lighting energy saving bulbs and some small 110 electric fans again that was only for a short duration of maybe 3 hours. Cringe 10 amp I'm sure would bring this to its knees pretty darn quick

Q: How much does the MotoMaster 700 Booster Pack weigh?

    2 Answers
    • A: I just stepped on the scales then picked up the 700 Booster Pack unless I have a different booster the one I have is 21 pounds (9.525 Kilograms). Mine is 21/2 years old was weighed with inclosed 110 volt and 12 volt charger units + the charging unit for an optional light which wouldn't amount to much.

Merci.

Q: what voltage is the charger?

    1 Answer
    • A: The open voltage of the supplied AC/DC charger is 19V. Canadian Tire sells a universal booster pack charger - 011-1599 - that is compatible with your booster pack.

Q: I want to replace the battery in my motomaster battery booster pack (700 peak amps/350 crank amps). Where can I source this Sealake battery - FM 12120 12AH/20HR? I have looked all over the web and can't find one.

    1 Answer
    • A: Canadian Tire SKU # 010-2040 should work. Or you can browse through all the SLA Batteries to see other battery options as well.

Q: I have this Motomaster Booster Pack 700A and whenever I am charging it the charging status turns solid green - fully charged but when I unplug charging cable and check status it says low and it is not able to crank my dead car at all. I have 2 use so far.

    1 Answer
    • A: Your description would seem to indicate the internal lead-acid battery is damaged and will not accept or hold a charge. The most common cause for this is lack of maintenance charging. Have you been recharging the unit at least every 3 months? If not, the battery has like sulfated, losing some or most of it's capacity.

Q: Hello. I have a 2009 MotoMaster "Eliminator" PowerBox 700A. I have 2 different chargers. the sticker at the charging port says 12V DC@500Ma. My 1ST plugs output is 13.5V@500ma the 2nd is 15V@1000ma could you please tell me which is the factory charger?

    1 Answer
    • A: Difficult to answer for certain without knowing the exact model/version of the product that you have. Also, whether either of your chargers is the one that actually came with the product (as even though the specs might be the same, the pin configuration could be different). But the 15V@1000mA would be an appropriate power spec.

Q: how to charge this booster

    1 Answer
    • A: To charge: plug the charger in to an AC power outlet. Plug the other end of the charger cord into the front of the Booster Pack (on the right side where you will see a small hole). When the charger is plugged into the Booster Pack you will see as Red LED light come on. Let the Booster Pack charge until the Red LED light becomes a Green LED light. This Green LED light means the Booster Pack is fully charged and ready to use.
