Q: Hello;  Is this already pre mixed 50:1 or you have mix it by yourself? Thank You

    2 Answers
    • A: It's not pre-mixed. The easiest way to calculate the mix is within a standard fuel container. If you don't want to bother with measuring and math, you can purchase smaller bottles that are the right size for specific fuel containers. My air blower requires a 40:1 mixture and it works beautifully.

Q: Is there any reason that this isn't shown to work for 2 stroke boat motors that require a mix with gasoline? TIA

    1 Answer
    • A: Hello Tim, Thank you for the question. No, it would not be recommended for marine applications. Typically marine engines call for NMMA TC-W3 product which the MotoMaster 2-Cycle Engine Oil is not (always check OEM recommendations for proper lubricant specification).

Q: My chainsaw uses 16:1 mix. Can I safely use a higher ratio? I think I made a mistake mixing.

    1 Answer
    • A: You can probably go down to about 12:1... you might find the plug fowls a little quicker but I don't think you'll notice much difference from 16:1

Q: What tempature is this product rated to function correctly in winter weather? I know snowmobile oil is good for -40c but most 2 cycle oils separate from gas at around -10 to -25 I use a chainsaw at cold temps and want to keep my equipment safe.

    1 Answer
    • A: Our 2-cycle engine oil has a pour point of -49 °F. It readily mixes with gasoline, but we do suggest agitating the mixture if it has been sitting for a while.
