Defective Twice, Cost Me Time and Money

I purchased a full assembly strut and had it installed about 6 months ago. Unfortunately, it did not last long and started making knocking noises while driving, especially on regular roads and potholes. I returned the struts to a Canadian Tire garage to use the warranty. They replaced them, but the second set was also defective and started making the exact same knocking noise immediately after installation. Eventually, Canadian Tire replaced them with a genuine Toyota product from the dealer. While that finally solved the issue, I had to pay for labor again and again for each replacement. I lost a lot of time and money dealing with this problem. The warranty was basically meaningless when you consider the repeated labor costs. Very low quality product overall. I strongly do not recommend buying this at all.
