Not the best quality

Followed the instructions to a "T". The measurements they cited were off, as I can see part of the silver brackets through the enclosure tab. The "decorative covers" do NOT snap on securly to the mounting brackets and they do not conceal the silver brackets either. Overall, I hate this and would not purchase it again. Poor design and poor instructions. Find something else.

Does not come with all the installation parts

I purchased this based on reviews. After reading the installation instructions, I was a little confused on the install. After calling into support, it was confirmed that I have to provide my own wood screws if screwing into studs. I am surprised that I would have to purchase my own hardware for an install like this. I would avoid, unless you like surprise trips to the hardware store.

Chrome finish not quite..

Ordered the chrome finish and it’s definitely closer to brushed nickel or stainless steel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
