The faucet looks awesome and compared to all the other designs and functions including this one was tops in our opinion. I checked for things like quality, how the faucet moves and how the pullout retracts, whether there's enough resistance or if the faucet swivels to freely, and if it retracts back exactly to its position the first time. Many others required me to re-adjust the pullout head so that it sits straight. I like how the handle feels. Other faucets' handles felt a little too sharp or rough when holding it in order to turn water on or off. This was because they were too thin and not well rounded but this one is perfect. Also, the handle goes more forward (towards you) than back towards the wall when you turn the water on. Great for those whose faucet hole is a bit too close to the wall and the handle might almost touch after you turn the water off.
There's three minor things I don't like though. First, the push button on the pullout for more water pressure can only be pressed once. So if you want less pressure again you have to turn the water off then on. Logically you'd want to press the button again for the original pressure flow.
Second, when turning on the sprayer the water is too myst like, especially after pressing the water pressure button as it just sprays all over the counter. It should spray more narrow and controlled.
Lastly, the price. For three hundred bucks plus tax it's over-priced since it really is just a faucet just like other faucets where water flows through it. It's not like it comes with a remote or bluetooth or something (not that you'd need it). So imho you probably overpay for its design and lifetime warranty. NOTE: One year Canadian Tire warranty is included with this one.
