Remote struggles to communicate.

Remote struggles to communicate with the LED strip. Two strips and the both have the same problem. I have to hold its infrared transmitter almost on the sensor at the connector end of the strip, and even then it's touch and go. Otherwise the strips are okay. Mostly I set them as I want them and don't bother fussing with the settings because it's just frustrating.
