Wears out very fast

This Maximum product doesn't have the same quality as the rest of the Maximum brand. I have used this disc to remove surface rust and it wears out too soon, it has no longer abrasive properties.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Used this to remove 4-5 mm of wood from a door. Worked much faster than using an orbital sander, and still left a fairly smooth finish.

- A: • The newly designed Maximum zirconia flap disc is a T29 disk (angled flaps) that is designed for use on a slight 15-25 degrees angle to the working surface. Designed for edge work or contouring metal and slag. • The new flap disk offer a 5/8”-11 threaded bore to easily spin on to any 4-1/2” angle grinder without the need of the lock nut. • The premium zirconia flaps cut very aggressively. • Available in 40, 60, 80 and 120 Grit.6 years agoHelpful?
