One of the most useful items in my toolbox.

This might be my favourite wrench currently for a plumbing project I'm working on. The jaws open wide enough to use this on any 3/4 fitting I have needed to tighten, but are smooth so that they don't damage the fittings. Super easy to adjust, handles are long enough to get good torque and grip easily. Very sturdy, very flexible to use. Highly recommended.

Solid pliers

I like my knipex plier wrench’s so thought I’d give these a try. Haven’t put them to heavy use yet but seem to be just as good and a great value on sale. One nice touch they have over knipex, is you can slide the jaws closed to size rather than having to push a button. I appreciate the oil coating to prevent rust in package, but they were covered in it!

Highly adjustable won't scratch finish of whats being wrenched

Decent set of adjustable pliers that is well built and highly adjustable and the lack of teeth on will help protect whatever you are wrenching on. Can be a bit tricky to get used o the adjustment process but once you figure it out it's pretty easy to do.

Easy adjusting pliers

Work great to grab and adjust. Used to having some grip on the teeth and this could use some light knurling. Aside from that they are well built and the self adjusting is smooth.

A: The answer for the 10 inch model is 1½ inch Maximum working jaw opening.. Definitely 100% Better than an adjustable wrench..

Q: How does it open? I don't see a button like on the Knipex - do you just open the handles to slide the bottom jaw down?
